Views
from the Condo
Fabulous
ocean views are what keep people coming back to the Lokelani. The breath-taking,
ocean view is the first thing you notice when you walk in the front door.
The unobstructed, 180-degree view of the sparkling ocean, creates just
the right setting for watching the world-famous, Hawaiian sunsets each
evening, framed by the island of Lanai on your left and the island of
Molokai on your right. The westerly-facing view guarantees your nightly
entertainment by the ever-changing colors of each day's sunset.
Twice
the View
Because of
the townhouse-style structure of the condo, both the upstairs and the
downstairs of the unit have a 17-foot lanai (balcony), giving you twice
the view as compared to condominiums that have only one lanai. It's a
nearly wall-to-wall view both downstairs and upstairs. The downstairs
lanai is immediately off the living room and the upstairs lanai is directly
off the Master bedroom. Two sets of sliding glass doors on each floor
are all that separate you from the tropical sunshine and the relaxing
breeze of the gentle tradewinds.
Views
from a Bed
Where
else will you find an ocean view not only from the Master bedroom, but
from the bed in the Master bedroom? After dark, when the moonlight is
right, you can see a sky filled with stars and the moonlight reflecting
off the waves as they gently roll in-----even from a reclining position
in your bed!
Enjoy your
morning cup of coffee from the lanai (balcony) off of the Master bedroom.
Later in the day, the upstairs balcony becomes your private sunbathing
area, as it's open to the sky overhead, giving you the feel of being on
a penthouse rooftop, feeling the gentle tradewinds waft over you.
"It's
Like Being on a Cruise Ship!"
That's
how one guest described the view. Relaxing on the patio lanai, the ocean
appears so close (about 30 feet away) you have the sensation of being
on a cruise ship. All the variegated colors of the Pacific Ocean are visible
to you in a kaleidoscope of color: A turquoise patch of water next to
a royal blue one, next to a sea green one, next to an aqua one . . . Another
comment we frequently hear from our guests is a very simply stated one.
It's: "What a view!"
Ocean
View or Ocean Front?
"Ocean
View" vacation rentals can be miles from the ocean that attracted
you to it in the first place. Why settle for oceanview when you can enjoy
an ocean front stay so close to the water (about 30 feet) it feels like
you can reach out and touch it? At the Lokelani, Unit A205, if you were
any closer to the ocean, you'd be swimming . . .
Views,
Views, Views
The
ocean is not only visible from the two 17-foot lanais (balconies), but
also from the living room, the kitchen and the Master bedroom. You'll
find yourself drawn again and again to step out onto one of the two lanais
to enjoy and appreciate the ever-changing views of the shoreline. The
ocean panorama, with views of two islands and of the passing kayaks, sailboats,
surfers, snorkelers, swimmers and the occasional cruise ship, add to the
interest of the scenery. Indulge yourself with breakfast, lunch or dinner
from the lanai. With the large, glass-top patio table and chairs, there's
plenty of room to enjoy "oceanside dining" for any meal.
